Blissful Healing & Coaching processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

• Date of birth

• Phone number

• E-mail address

• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone

We use this information to draw up a contract, to create an invoice and to contact you to make/cancel an appointment. This information is only used because you purchase a service from us. If, after introduction, you decide not to book a session with us, this data will be deleted from our system.

All information about our clients is treated confidentially and in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data. Information will only be passed on to a client if you give explicit permission for this. Blissful Healing & Coaching ensures the confidentiality obligation among third parties involved in carrying out the work.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
By law, your data must be properly protected. For example, all information shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger is protected by the privacy agreements that we agreed to when using these services. Only the owner of Blissful Healing & Coaching, Tatjana Objedovic, has access to the telephone and computer used to communicate with you. These are both protected with multiple passwords.
 
No information or photos will be shared on Social Media channels or on the website without your express written permission. If desired, the message will be anonymized after permission and a photo will be used in which the face is not visible. The photos on the website are protected and cannot simply be copied.
 

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?

How long we keep personal data
Blissful Healing & Coaching does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
As soon as a session, retreat or coaching process has been completed and no new services will be purchased from Blissful Healing & Coaching in the near future, we will delete your data. Our invoices and contracts are kept for 7 years, which is subject to legal and tax obligations. This data is locked.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Blissfu Healing & Coaching does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you to comply with a legal obligation.

The information we have received from you for entering into a coaching session, retreat or other services will remain between us at all times. Everything shared during our collaboration is confidential and is never shared with third parties. We only ask about matters that are important to our collaboration.
