What is microdosing?
The principle of microdosing is that you do not experience obvious mind-altering effects, but still subtly feel the benefits of these substances. There are many reasons why people begin microdosing, such as uch as enhancing creativity or alleviating certain medical conditions.

How it works
Microdosing increases neural connectivity by stimulating new connections between different brain regions, which helps in overcoming anxiety and depression.

The term for these "neurological traces" is called Default Mode Network or DMN.
This is a scientific concept popularized by Michael Pollan's best-selling book, "How To Change Your Mind".
The book has also been made into a documentary, which can be watched on Netflix.

This stimulation of the production of new brain cells is scientifically linked to improvements in energy, mood, concentration, and general cognitive skills.
Research also shows that psychedelic substances cause areas of the brain that normally have little or no connection with each other to start "communicating" again.
With this, you are able to see problems or challenges from a different (more creative) perspective.

8-week Program, What to expect
After purchasing the program, we will contact you to schedule the intake session. The microdosing will be shipped according to the details you receive from us via email.

Online Intake Session (30 minutes)
During this intake, we will get to know each other and discuss your objectives for participating in the program. You will receive an explanation of the intake protocol and why it is important to take a short break of at least 2 to 4 weeks after completing the program.

Support and Guidance
In addition to the intake session, we offer four 15-minute calls. Outside of these scheduled calls, you can always reach out to us with any questions via the app or email.

2nd Online Call: After Week 3
3rd Online Call: After Week 5
4th Online Call: After Week 8
